The Village of Ruidoso is continuing work on the Alto Lake/Eagle Creek Restoration Project. The project is currently about halfway complete. All of the site work has been completed, and the bridges are expected to be installed shortly. The area will remain open to the public during the construction. However, access to some areas at Alto Lake may be limited.
