New Playground Opens at Schoolhouse Park

The Ruidoso Parks and Recreation Department has opened a new playground at Schoolhouse Park, funded by a quality-of-life grant from the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration. The playground, resembling a miniature ranger station, features padded fall protection and a secure fence, providing children with a safe, fun space. Visit at 501 Sudderth Drive.

School House Park Upgrades: Tennis Courts and Playground Enhancements

Ruidoso Parks and Recreation has completed upgrades at School House Park, including free-to-use tennis courts and a soon-to-be-open playground. Funded by a grant, these projects enhance recreational facilities for residents and visitors. Windscreens for the tennis courts will be installed soon.
