Residents and visitors can now exercise for free on newly installed gym equipment behind the Ruidoso Village Hall at the Links Walking Path thanks to a joint project of the village Parks and Recreation Department and the Lincoln County Community Health Council.

The Ruidoso Parks and Recreation Center used a $7,000 grant from the Lincoln County Community Health Council and Presbyterian Healthcare Services to add two pieces of gym equipment at the Links Walking Trail. Gillian Baudo, who often runs the trail, couldn't be happier.
