Play Pickleball, a recreational craze which borrows from tennis, ping pong and badminton, in Ruidoso. It’s easy to learn, and gentler to joints than tennis.
Courts
The Ruidoso Pickleball Club plays Monday thru Saturday at the White Mountain Sports Complex tennis courts.
Nets and balls are provided by the Ruidoso Pickleball Club. Players need only to bring a paddle.
Winter Hours are 10:00 am to Noon (November to April)
Summer Hours are 9:00 am to Noon (May to October).
On days of high winds, rain or snow games move to the Horton Complex Gymnasium
Notice of venue change is sent out to club members via email.
Membership
The Ruidoso Pickleball Club boasts 88 members, including 3 USAPA (United States of America Pickleball Association) Certified Referees.
Guests and new members are always welcome. Member benefits include beginner lessons and advanced instruction and drills.
Annual club membership fee: $20/year.
Drop-in/Guest fee: $2/day.
Horton Complex Gymnasium user fee*: $2/day. This user fee helps to support Ruidoso Parks & Recreation facility upkeep and expenses. *Required for members and non-members.
Club members receive weekly emails with tips for improving their game, notices of area tournaments & additional information that we deem relevant to growing our skills & club membership.
Ruidoso is also home to one of Pickleball’s leading apparel lines – Dinking Divas.
